Ingredients

Scone

  • 1 dl oats
  • 1 egg white
  • 50 g plain yoghurt
  • 2 ml baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Topping Example

  • cream cheese
  • avocado
  • smoked salmon

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Bake in oven 200 C, 15-18 min, then let the scone cool.
  • Top with cream cheese, avocado and smoked salmon.
