Ingredients

  • 1 dl oats
  • 0.5 dl coconut milk
  • 1 – 1.5 dl water
  • 2 tsp sugar of choice
  • mango fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine oats, coconut milk, water and sugar using a spoon.
  • Microwave for 30 min, then stir. Repeat until the oatmeal becomes the consistency you prefer.
  • Top with mango, coconut milk and coconut flakes and enjoy!
