Sweet Coconut milk and Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 dl oats
  • 1.5-2 dl water or milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 0.5 banana sliced
  • 2 tbsp nuts chopped

Instructions

  • Add oats and liquid of choice in a bowl and stir with a spoon to combine.
  • Microwave for 30 min, then stir. Repeat until the oatmeal becomes the consistency you prefer.
  • Top the oatmeal with coconut milk, maple syrup, sliced banana and chopped nuts.
  • Enjoy your beautiful bowl of oatmeal!
