22 min single serving oat “scones”
Ingredients
Scone
- 1 dl oats
- 1 egg white
- 50 g plain yoghurt
- 2 ml baking powder
- pinch of salt
Topping Example
- cream cheese
- avocado
- smoked salmon
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Bake in oven 200 C, 15-18 min, then let the scone cool.
- Top with cream cheese, avocado and smoked salmon.
