Semmelgröt, Almond and Cardamom Oatmeal
Ingredients
The Oatmeal
- 1 dl oats
- 2 dl water
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 pinches of cardamom
- 1 pinch of salt
The Mandelmassa (almond paste)
- 2 tbsp banana mashed
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 0.5 tsp maple syrup
Other Toppings
- frothed milk
- chopped almonds
- cardamom
Instructions
- Into a bowl add oats, water, maple syrup, cardamom and salt. Microwave for 30 seconds, give it a stir and repeat until thickened to your liking.
- Make the mandelmassa by combining mashed banana, almond flour, almond butter and maple syrup into a paste.
- Froth some milk and chop some almonds.
- Top your oatmeal with the mandelmassa, frothed milk, almonds and some cardamom.
- Enjoy!
