Ingredients

  • 8 dates take out the seed!
  • 2 dl oats
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of cardamom
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 ml vanilla suger
  • 50 g butter or coconut oil or a mix of both
  • 0.5 tsp coffe
  • 1.5 tbsp water
  • something to coat the balls with, for instance chopped nuts, coconut flakes, sprinkles

Instructions

  • Take the seeds out of the dates.
    8 dates
  • Put the dates and oats in a bowl and mix well into a paste.
    2 dl oats
  • Mix coffee with water in a separate cup.
    0.5 tsp coffe, 1.5 tbsp water
  • Add the coffee mixture as well as all the other ingredients into the paste and mix well
    1 tbsp cacao, 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of cardamom, 1 pinch of cinnamon, 1 ml vanilla suger, 50 g butter
  • Make them into balls.
  • Coat the balls in whatever you prefer, for instance chopped nuts, coconut flakes, sprinkles
  • Let the balls cool down and harden in the fridge for at least 5 minutes before serving.
