Easy Flatbread
Ingredients
- 32 g all purpose flour
- 20 g water
Instructions
- Mix flour and water in a bowl and knead it by hand into a smooth dough.
- Shape into a ball, cover and let rest for 10 min.
- On a lightly floured surface, flatten the dough using a rolling pin.
- Heat a pan over medium high / high heat.
- Place the dough on the heated pan and let cook on both sides until nicely browned (but NOT burnt). It will take some time and the dough will puff, which is a good sign! If it puffs too much, just press the bread down to release air.
- Enjoy!
I recommend serving these with some kind of curry! For instance my Spinach Curry with Halloumi, red halloumi curry (inspired by Butter Chicken) or Butter Chicken!
