Ingredients

  • garlic
  • butter melted
  • parsley fresh
  • ciabatta or baguette
  • flaky salt

Instructions

  • I recommend making this garlic bread when making some roasted tomato soup!
  • Preheat oven to 200 C.
  • Remove skin form garlic and roast garlic cloves in the oven for about 30 min.
  • Mush the roasted garlic with the back of a spoon and mix it with a reasonable amount of melted butter and chopped parlsey.
  • Slice bread.
  • Brush the butter mixture on the bread and season with flaky salt.
  • Into the oven for 5-10 minutes and your garlic bread is done.
  • Enjoy with some tomato soup.
