Healthy Blueberry Crumble
Ingredients
Blueberries
- 1 dl blueberries i used frozen
- 1 tsp brown cane sugar or other sweetener of choice
- 0.5 tsp potato flour
Crumble
- 3.5 tbsp oats
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 0.5 tbsp nut butter
- 0.5 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 155 C.
- Combine blueberries, sugar and potato flour in a bowl.
- Combine oats, coconut oil, nut butter and maple syrup in a separate bowl.
- Add the blueberries in an oven proof form, and top them with the crumble.
- Bake for 25 min.
- Serve with some vanilla yoghurt! Enjoy!
