Ingredients

Blueberries

  • 1 dl blueberries i used frozen
  • 1 tsp brown cane sugar or other sweetener of choice
  • 0.5 tsp potato flour

Crumble

  • 3.5 tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 0.5 tbsp nut butter
  • 0.5 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 155 C.
  • Combine blueberries, sugar and potato flour in a bowl.
  • Combine oats, coconut oil, nut butter and maple syrup in a separate bowl.
  • Add the blueberries in an oven proof form, and top them with the crumble.
  • Bake for 25 min.
  • Serve with some vanilla yoghurt! Enjoy!
