Healthy Crunchy Chunky Granola
Ingredients
- 40 g coconut oil melted
- 60 g maple syrup
- 60 g nut butter i used almond butter
- 200 g oats
- cinnamon optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150 C.
- In a bowl, combine coconut oil, maple syrup and nut butter.
- Add the oats and cinnamon (optional) and stir well.
- On a baking sheet with parchment paper, press the granola flat, about 1 cm thick. Press it hard. This is what will make it chunky!
- Bake for about 25 min, then let it cool completely.
- Break the granola into pieces.
- Enjoy the crunchy chunky granola by it self, of with some yoghurt 🙂
