Healthy Crunchy Chunky Granola

Ingredients

  • 40 g coconut oil melted
  • 60 g maple syrup
  • 60 g nut butter i used almond butter
  • 200 g oats
  • cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 150 C.
  • In a bowl, combine coconut oil, maple syrup and nut butter.
  • Add the oats and cinnamon (optional) and stir well.
  • On a baking sheet with parchment paper, press the granola flat, about 1 cm thick. Press it hard. This is what will make it chunky!
    Healthy Crunchy Chunky Granola
  • Bake for about 25 min, then let it cool completely.
  • Break the granola into pieces.
  • Enjoy the crunchy chunky granola by it self, of with some yoghurt 🙂
