Ingredients

  • butter
  • 20 g leek sliced
  • 40 g potato cut into 1 cm cubes
  • 20 g carrot cut into 1 cm cubes
  • 2 dl water
  • 1/4 cube fish bouillon
  • 1 tbsp creme fraiche
  • 40 g salmon cut into bite size pieces
  • dill
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  • Slice leek, cut potato and carrot into 1 cm cubes and cut salmon into bite size pieces.
  • Melt butter in a medium hot saucepan.
  • Sauté leek for about 2 min.
  • Add potato, carrot, water and fish bouillon cube and cook for about 15 min or until potatoes are fork tender.
  • Add creme fraiche and stir.
  • Add salmon and bring to a simmer, cook until salmon is cooked through.
  • Season with dill, salt and black pepper.
  • Serve with some buttered bread.
