Mango Sticky Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1 dl oats
- 0.5 dl coconut milk
- 1 – 1.5 dl water
- 2 tsp sugar of choice
- mango fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine oats, coconut milk, water and sugar using a spoon.
- Microwave for 30 min, then stir. Repeat until the oatmeal becomes the consistency you prefer.
- Top with mango, coconut milk and coconut flakes and enjoy!
