Baked Oats has become a very trendy breakfast the recent years. If you try it, you will understand why. But did you know you can make baked oats in the air fryer and save 15 minutes? Well, YES YOU CAN.

Ingredients

  • 0.75 dl oats 32 g
  • 0.5 dl milk 50 g
  • 2 tbsp mashed banana 40 g
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped white chocolate

Topping

  • chopped white chocolate

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine oats, milk, mashed banana, matcha powder, baking powder, maple syrup, salt and chopped white chocolate.
  • Pour the batter into a ramekin, top with some more chopped white chocolate and air fry at 170C/338F for about 15 minutes.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • If you dislike the texture of oatmeal, you can mix the batter with a blender. However if you decide to do so, i recommend adding the white chocolate after blending.
  • If you do not own an air fryer, you can bake it in the oven at 180C/355 for about 25 minutes and get the same result!
