Matcha Air Fried Oats
Ingredients
- 0.75 dl oats 32 g
- 0.5 dl milk 50 g
- 2 tbsp mashed banana 40 g
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp chopped white chocolate
Topping
- chopped white chocolate
Instructions
- In a bowl combine oats, milk, mashed banana, matcha powder, baking powder, maple syrup, salt and chopped white chocolate.
- Pour the batter into a ramekin, top with some more chopped white chocolate and air fry at 170C/338F for about 15 minutes.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- If you dislike the texture of oatmeal, you can mix the batter with a blender. However if you decide to do so, i recommend adding the white chocolate after blending.
- If you do not own an air fryer, you can bake it in the oven at 180C/355 for about 25 minutes and get the same result!
