No Knead Easy White Bread Loaf
Ingredients
- 6.5 dl all purpose flour
- 14 g dry yeast
- 3.5 dl water 37 C
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt and let it sit for 10 min.
- Then add water (37 C!!), maple syrup and salt.
- Work the dough in a bread mixer for about 10 min.
- Butter a loaf pan.
- Transfer the dough into the loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle some flour on top, cover and let rest in room temperature for about 50 min.
- Preheat the oven to 200 C.
- Bake the bread in the lower middle part of the oven until the internal temperature of the bread is 95 C, approx 25-30 min depending on oven.
- Remove bread from oven, cover with a clean kitchen towel and let cool down for about 20 min.
- Enjoy the bread with some butter!
