Savoury Soy Sauce Porridge
Ingredients
- 1 dl oats
- 2 dl water
- 1 ml hondashi
Toppings
- Japanese sausage
- egg
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- green onions sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the toppings. Cook and slice a sausage or two. Poach, boil or fry an egg. Slice a green onion.
- In a small pot, add the oats, water and hondashi. Cook on medium heat while stirring once in a while until thickened to your liking.
- Top the oats with soy sauce, sesame oil, sausage, egg and green onion.
- Enjoy!
