Ingredients
- 200 g pasta rigatoni
- olive oil or
- 1 yellow onion sliced
- 250 g hot smoked salmon
- 65 g spinach
- 200 g soft cheese shrimp and crayfish taste
- 1 dl milk
- black papper to taste
- dill dried or fresh for topping
Instructions
- Boil pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.200 g pasta
- Slice onion thinly.1 yellow onion
- Heat olive oil in a medium hot pan.
- Sauté onion for about 7 minutes or until slightly softened.
- Add salmon and make it into smaller pieces using a spatula.250 g hot smoked salmon
- Add spinach and cheese and stir. Cook until the spinach has shrunken.65 g spinach, 200 g soft cheese
- Add milk and stir.1 dl milk
- Add the cooked pasta stir.
- Season with black pepper (salt is usually not needed since the salmon is very salty).
- Serve and finish off with some dill.
