Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta rigatoni
  • olive oil or
  • 1 yellow onion sliced
  • 250 g hot smoked salmon
  • 65 g spinach
  • 200 g soft cheese shrimp and crayfish taste
  • 1 dl milk
  • black papper to taste
  • dill dried or fresh for topping

Instructions

  • Boil pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
    200 g pasta
  • Slice onion thinly.
    1 yellow onion
  • Heat olive oil in a medium hot pan.
  • Sauté onion for about 7 minutes or until slightly softened.
  • Add salmon and make it into smaller pieces using a spatula.
    250 g hot smoked salmon
  • Add spinach and cheese and stir. Cook until the spinach has shrunken.
    65 g spinach, 200 g soft cheese
  • Add milk and stir.
    1 dl milk
  • Add the cooked pasta stir.
  • Season with black pepper (salt is usually not needed since the salmon is very salty).
  • Serve and finish off with some dill.
