In a blender, mix feta cheese, plain yoghurt, honey and black pepper into a smooth cream.
30 g feta cheese, 40 g plain yoghurt, 0.5 tsp honey, black pepper
Heat some olive oil in a small pan on medium high heat.

Sauté tomatoes for about 8 min or until they have softened. Then mash them a little using a spatula.

Add minced garlic and balsamic vinegar and cook for another 8 min.

Roast toast the way you prefer.

On the toast, spread the whipped feta, then the tomatoes and lastly crush some walnuts on top for some crunch.
