Easy Homemade Plum Jam

Making homemade jam is actually so much easier than you might think! It only requires a few simple ingredients that you probably already have at home, and some stirring. I love to mix my homemade jam into some yoghurt and enjoy it with some cereal or granola!

Servings 1 small jar

Ingredients

  • 300 g plum
  • 6 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 0.5 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 ml cinnamon

Instructions

  • Remove seed from plums and chop the plums.
    300 g plum
  • In a small saucepan, add the plums and mush them with a whisk. Let simmer for about 5 min while stirring.
  • Add sugar and let simmer for 10 min while stirring consistently.
    6 tbsp coconut sugar
  • Add lemon juice and cinnamon and let simmer until the jam becomes thicker. Stir consistently.
    0.5 tsp lemon juice, 1 ml cinnamon
  • Pour the jam into a sterilised jar and let cool down.
  • Enjoy the jam on a buttered toast or with some yoghurt.
