Preheat the oven to 150 C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine oats, chopped nuts, raisins, coconut flakes, cinnamon, and salt.
2 dl oats, 0.5 dl nuts, 0.5 dl raisins, 0.5 dl coconut flakes, 1 tsp cinnamon, a few pinches of salt
In a separate bowl, combine melted coconut oil, maple syrup and peanut butter.
1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp maple syrup
Combine the dry and the wet ingredients.
Spread the granola on the parchment paper.
Bake for about 20 min, stirring halfway.
Let cool down before adding chopped dark chocolate.
0.5 dl dark chocolate
Enjoy with some milk och yoghurt.
