Homemade Granola

Homemade Granola is so easy to make! And you can make it so it perfectly fits your version of the Perfect Granola! I for instance, love chocolate, so I always add some extra chocolate. If you love raisins, you can add some extra of that! Amazing! I love to enjoy my homemade granola with some yoghurt mixed with my homemade plum jam.

Ingredients

  • 2 dl oats
  • 0.5 dl nuts chopped
  • 0.5 dl raisins
  • 0.5 dl coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • a few pinches of salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 0.5 dl dark chocolate chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 150 C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine oats, chopped nuts, raisins, coconut flakes, cinnamon, and salt.
    2 dl oats, 0.5 dl nuts, 0.5 dl raisins, 0.5 dl coconut flakes, 1 tsp cinnamon, a few pinches of salt
  • In a separate bowl, combine melted coconut oil, maple syrup and peanut butter.
    1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Combine the dry and the wet ingredients.
  • Spread the granola on the parchment paper.
  • Bake for about 20 min, stirring halfway.
  • Let cool down before adding chopped dark chocolate.
    0.5 dl dark chocolate
  • Enjoy with some milk och yoghurt.
