Preheat the oven to 175 C and grease a standard loaf pan with butter.
Mash bananas in a bowl.

Add egg, vanilla extract, brown cane sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon and stir well to combine.

In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
180 g all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 0.5 tsp salt
Add the flour mixture into the banana mixture and stir to combine.
Add chopped nuts and chocolate and stir to combine.
0.5 dl walnuts, 0.5 dl dark chocolate
Gently stir in melted butter.
15 g unsalted butter
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle a mixture of granulated sugar and cinnamon on top.
1 tsp granulated sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon
Bake for about 40 min or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 10 min.
