I know this salad looks kind of disgusting, but I promise, IT WAS NOT! It was quite the opposite. Healthy, crunchy and super flavourful thanks to the amazing miso dressing! I want to eat this salad again and again.

Salad
1dlcabbagechopped
1dl cucumberchopped
0.5dlcarrotchopped
0.5 dlchickpeas cooked
2tbspcanned tuna
2tbspalmondschopped
2tbspavocado mashed
Miso Dressing
1.5tsp miso
3tspmayonnaise
0.5tspmirin
1tspsesame oil
1tspsesame seeds
Instructions
In a bowl, combine chopped cabbage, cucumber, carrot, cooked chickpeas, canned tuna, chopped almonds and mashed avocado.
In a separate bowl, mix miso, mayonnaise, mirin, sesame oil and sesame seeds into a dressing.
Pour the dressing into the chopped salad bowl and combine.
