Preheat the oven to 175 C and line an 18 x 18 cm brownie pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine tahini, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Add cocoa powder, baking powder, brown cane sugar and salt and combine using a spatula.
Fold in the chopped chocolate and chopped walnuts using a spatula.
Bake for 22 min, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool down completely in the brownie pan.
Cut into squares and enjoy with some vanilla ice cream.
