Ingredients
vegetable bullion
800
g
cauliflower
frozen
4
cloves of
garlic
4
tbsp
cream cheese
salt
white pepper
Instructions
Boil cauliflower in vegetable bullion until fork tender.
Drain cauliflower.
Place the cooked cauliflower in a hot pan for about 5 min to get the moisture out.
In a blender, mix cauliflower, garlic and cream cheese into a mash.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with for instance salmon and rom sauce.
