Healthy Oatmeal, Date Caramel and Chocolate Bars

Ingredients

  • 10 dates
  • water boiling
  • 1 ml vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 dl oat flour
  • 0.5 dl almond flour
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter creamy
  • 40 g dark chocolate melted
  • 2 tbsp cashews chopped

Instructions

  • Soak dates in boiling water for about 15 min.
  • Meanwhile, add oat flour, almond flour, maple syrup and peanut butter into a bowl and combine well into a dough.
  • Remove the pits from the dates and place the dates in a blender.
  • Add vanilla and salt and blend until smooth.
  • On a piece of parchment paper, spread out the oatmeal dough, then the date caramel, melted chocolate and finish off with some chopped nuts and sea salt.
  • Let it cool and harden in the fridge for at least 30 min.
  • Crack the bars into pieces and enjoy!
  • Store them in the fridge.
