Soak dates in boiling water for about 15 min.
Meanwhile, add oat flour, almond flour, maple syrup and peanut butter into a bowl and combine well into a dough.
Remove the pits from the dates and place the dates in a blender.
Add vanilla and salt and blend until smooth.
On a piece of parchment paper, spread out the oatmeal dough, then the date caramel, melted chocolate and finish off with some chopped nuts and sea salt.
Let it cool and harden in the fridge for at least 30 min.
Crack the bars into pieces and enjoy!
Store them in the fridge.
