Scrambled Eggs with Tomato

- 0.5 tsp tomato paste1 tomato, chopped 2 tbsp water2 tbsp feta, scrambled oreganosaltpepper1 egg
- olive oil
- 3 tbsp yellow onion chopped
- 0.5 tsp tomato pasta
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp feta cheese crumbled
- oregano to taste
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 egg
In a pan on medium high heat, add some olive.
Sauté chopped onion for about 4 min.
Add tomato paste and sauté for 1 min.
Add chopped tomato and water and sauté for about 5 min while mushing the tomato.
Add crumbled feta cheese and stir.
Season with oregano, salt and black pepper.
Add an egg and scramble it with the tomato.
Serve with some bread.
