Pasta with Spinach and pea sauce

- 50 g pasta of choice
- olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 0.5 green onion sliced
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 0.5 dl milk
- 1 big handful of spinach
- 0.5 dl parmesan cheese grated
- 0.5 dl green peas
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
Heat a pan to medium high heat and add some olive oil.
Sauté minced garlic and sliced green onion for about 2 min.
Add cream cheese, milk and spinach and cook for about 4 min or until the spinach has shrunken.
Mix the sauce with a blender.
Add grated parmesan cheese, green peas and season with salt an black pepper.
Add the cooked pasta into the sauce and stir.
Add some pasta water is needed.
Serve and enjoy.
