Preheat the oven to 165 C.
In a bowl, combine melted coconut oil, maple syrup and egg well with a whisk.
Add mashed banana, milk, baking soda, sugar, cinnamon and salt and combine well.
Add oat flour and flour and combine
Divide the batter evenly between 6 muffin forms.
Bake in the oven for about 22-24 min.
Let the muffins cool for a few minutes.
Enjoy the muffins as they are, or spread some nut butter och chocolate spread on top! Super delicious both ways!
