Chop onion and garlic.
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Sauté onion for about 8 min, or until translucent. Make sure it doesn't burn.
Add garlic and sauté for 1 min.
Add tomato paste and sauté 1 min.
Push the onions to the side of the pan.
Raise the heat. Add minced beef, spread it out on the pan and press it flat. You want to give the beef some color.
When the bottom side of the beef has gotten some color, flip the beef and cook until the other side has gotten some color as well.
Break the beef apart and combine it with the onions
Add crushed tomatoes, milk, cream and ketchup and stir.
Add grated parmesan cheese and stir.
Season with dried oregano, basil, thyme, salt and black pepper.
Let the sauce simmer for about 10 min
Serve the beef sauce with some pasta and top with some extra grated parmesan cheese!
