Creamy Tuna and Rice Rice Paper Rolls

- 80 g Japanese rice cooked
- 40 g canned tuna
- 0.5 tsp mayonnaise kewpie
- 0.5 tsp soy sauce
- 0.5 avokado mashed
- seaweed
- 2 sheets rice paper
- black sesame seeds optional
Combine rice, tuna, mayonnaise and soy sauce in a bowl.
Mash avocado.
Dip rice paper in hot water until soft.
Place the rice paper on a flat surface, fill it with seaweed, the rice mixture and mashed avokado, and roll it into a beautiful roll.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top (optional).
Serve with some extra soy sauce!
