Instructions
Chop cabbage into bite size pieces.
Put the cabbage in a plastic bag and add hondashi, sesame oil, salt and black pepper to taste.
Shake the bag and massage the cabbage until it is all coated.
Done! I served this salad with some teriyaki salmon.
