Blueberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Cheesecake Oats
- 1 dl oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 dl water
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 0.5 tbsp maple syrup
- 0.5 tsp vanilla sugar optional
Blueberry Jam
- 0.5 dl frozen blueberries
- 1 ml potato flour
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Combine oats, chia seeds, water, cream cheese, maple syrup and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, add blueberries, potato four and maple syrup. Microwave for about 1 min, then stir. Top the oats with the jam. Place the oats in the fridge overnight.
Top with some crushed digestive and enjoy!!
