Soft Overnight Bread Rolls

Ingredients

  • 125 g water body temperature
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 ml salt
  • 165 g all purpose flour

Instructions

  • Add body temperature water in a bowl.
  • Add dry yeast and stir until dissolved.
  • Add salt and stir until dissolved.
  • Add all purpose flour and combine using a spatula. There is no need to knead by hand.
  • Cover the bowl and let the dough rest in the fridge overnight.
  • Good morning! Preheat the oven to 250 C with the baking pan in the oven.
  • On a floured parchment paper, "pour" out the sticky dough and divide into 3 equal pieces.
  • Place a few ice cubes in the bottom of the oven (to create steam), lower the heat to 225 C and bake the bread for about 19 min.
  • Let the bread cool down for a few minutes, then enjoy it with optional toppings.
