Combine cooked rice, ketchup, tuna, corn, hondasi, sugar, salt and black pepper in a bowl.
Divide the rice equally in 4 bowls.
Add a slice of cheese on each pile of rice.
Crack an egg over each pile of rice.
Cover the bowls with a plate or plastic wrap and microwave for about 1-3 min, depending on how cooked you want the egg to be.
Serve and top with some extra ketchup.
