The Bread

all purpose flour

baking powder

The Pizza Sauce

cherry tomatoes

olive oil

oregano
dried
basil

garlic powder
salt
black pepper

mozzarella
ham
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine all purpose flour and baking powder.
Add water and knead into a dough.
Cover the dough while making the pizza sauce.
Halve tomatoes.
Sauté tomatoes for about 4 min.
Add water and let come to a simmer. Let simmer until all the water is gone, while mushing the tomatoes with a spatula.
Season with oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
Flatten the dough using a rolling pin.
Spred out the pizza sauce on half the dough. Then some mozzarella and ham.
Fold over one side over the other and use a fork to close the edges.
Air fry 200 C for about 10 min or until it looks like the picture.
