Healthier Homemade Cereal

- 1 dl oat flour
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 ml baking powder
- 1 ml vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
On a parchment paper, flatten out the dough thinly.
Bake for about 8-9 min depending on the thickness.
Let cool completely.
Break into pieces, like cereal.
Enjoy them as they are, or with some yoghurt!
