Healthy Carrot Cake Balls Filled with Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 20 g cream cheese
  • 0.5 tsp maple syrup
  • 0.5 dl oats
  • 0.5 dl carrot shredded
  • 5 dates
  • 5 walnuts
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 ml vanilla extract
  • 1 ml cinnamon
  • 2 pinches of salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese and maple syrup.
  • On a baking sheet, make 6 small dots of the cream cheese mixture and let freeze for about 30 min.
  • Meanwhile, in a blender, add oats, shredded carrot, dates, walnuts, coconut flakes, cinnamon, vanilla extract and salt. Blend until almost smooth, or until completely smooth. Whatever you prefer.
  • Take some of the "dough" and flatten in out on your palm. Fill it with the frozen cream cheese and then roll the "dough" into a ball.
  • Let harden in the freezer for at least 1 h and enjoy!
