In a bowl, combine cream cheese and maple syrup.
On a baking sheet, make 6 small dots of the cream cheese mixture and let freeze for about 30 min.
Meanwhile, in a blender, add oats, shredded carrot, dates, walnuts, coconut flakes, cinnamon, vanilla extract and salt. Blend until almost smooth, or until completely smooth. Whatever you prefer.
Take some of the "dough" and flatten in out on your palm. Fill it with the frozen cream cheese and then roll the "dough" into a ball.
Let harden in the freezer for at least 1 h and enjoy!
