Between cold and room temperature
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 C.
Combine flour, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder in a bowl.
Cut the cold/room temperature butter into small chunks and add it to the bowl.
Knead the butter into the flour until it looks like a dough.
Divide the dough into 7 equal pieces. Roll them into balls and flatten them a little bit, so they are about 8 mm thick.
Bake in oven for about 10 min.
Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
