Cook pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
Finely chop onion and garlic.
Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté onion for about 4 min.
Add garlic and sauté for 2 min.
Add tomato paste and sauté for 2 min, combining everything together.
Deglaze with white wine and cook until the wine is gone.
Add crushed tomatoes, milk, pasta water, grated parmesan cheese and tuna and stir. Let simmer for about 4 min.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Add the cooked pasta, stir and serve. Top with some extra grated parmesan.
