Sweet and Spicy Gochujang Sauce

- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic grated
- 2 tsp ginger grated
In a saucepan over medium heat, add all the ingredients and let come to a simmer.
Let simmer for a few minutes or until thickened to your liking.
I recommend serving this sauce with some crispy fried chicken or tofu!
