Dressing

balsamic vinegar

dijon mustard
salt

black pepper

Salad
4
bunches of
kale
0.5

olive oil
a few
pinches of
salt

dl
parmesan
grated
1
dl
walnuts
chopped
1
dl
raisins
Instructions
Make the dressing by whisking all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
Remove the hard stem from the kale and chop the leafy part of the kale into smaller pieces.
Place the kale in a large bowl. Drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle it with some salt. Massage the kale with your hands until it has softened.
Add the dressing and give it another massage to cover the kale completely
Add grated parmesan, chopped walnuts and raising and toss well.
Serve and enjoy!
