Pour the water in a large bowl.
Add yeast and stir until the yeast has dissolved.
Add salt and stir until dissolved.
Add olive oil and flour and stir into a sticky dough.
Cover the bowl and let rest in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, preheat the oven to 250 C.
Transfer the sticky dough onto a floured surface and divide the dough into 5 equal pieces. Do not to work the dough too much when doing this!! This is very important! If you work the dough, the bread will end up dense.
Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven, quickly throw in some water at the bottom of the oven and quickly close the oven to create steam.
Bake for about 20 min.
Remove bread from oven, cover the buns and let them cool down.
