Preheat the oven 190 C.
Slice green onion.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add some olive oil.
Sauté green onion for about 2 min.
Add the frozen spinach, raise the heat a little and cook the spinach for about 10 min to release excess moisture.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and dill.
Add milk, egg and melted butter and mix to combine well.
Add the spinach, crumbled feta and mozzarella mix to combine.
Transfer the batter to an oven proof form and grate some parmesan cheese on top.
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 40 min.
Let cool down for 5 min and enjoy!
