Instructions
Peel and thinly slice red onion.
Transfer the sliced onion into a mason jar.
In a small saucepan, pour in the water and vinegar and let come to simmer.
Pour the liquid into the mason jar. Close the jar and give it a shake to cover all the red onions.
Let the pickled red onions rest in the fridge for a few hours before serving. The more hours, the better.
