Preheat the oven to 180 C.
In a bowl, add blueberries, maple syrup, chia seeds and lemon juice.
Microwave the berries for 20 seconds. Give it a stir. Microwave for another 20 seconds. Give it a stir. Microwave for another 20 seconds. Give it a stir and mush the berries. Let cool for 10 min.
In a separate bowl, combine oats, oat flour, maple syrup, milk and melted coconut oil.
Transfer 2/3 of the oat crumble to an oven proof non stock form and press it tighly. It should be about 1 cm thick.
Top with the blueberry jam and then the remaining oat crumble.
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 min.
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 min.
Cut into 8 bars and enjoy!
