Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp plain thick yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 0.5-1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 0.5-1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 0.5 dl raspberries

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Add peanut butter and maple syrup to your liking.
  • Let sit in the fridge overnight.
  • Enjoy in the morning!
