Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Into a blender, add oats, milk, apple sauce, maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and blend until smooth.
Add finely grated carrot, chopped walnuts and raisins and give it a stir.
Pour the batter into a ramekin and bake it in the middle of the oven for about 20-25 minutes, depending on how moist or "dry" you want the carrot cake to be.
Meanwhile, make the frosting by mixing together cream cheese, milk and maple syrup.
Top the baked oats with the frosting and enjoy!
