Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Into a blender, add oats, milk, mashed banana, maple syrup, vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt. Blend until smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine frozen blueberries, maple syrup and potato flour. Microwave until the blueberries are soft and mash the berries. Microwave for another 30 seconds and give it a stir.
Pour half of the batter into a ramekin. Place the blueberries in the middle and pour the remaining batter on top of the berries.
Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
