Blended Overnight Oats with Blueberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 0.75 dl oats
  • 0.75 dl water
  • 2 tbsp plain thick yoghurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup

Toppings

  • blueberry jam
  • frothed milk

Instructions

  • Into a blender add oats, water, yoghurt, chia seeds and maple syrup. Blend until smooth. Transfer the batter into a bowl and let sit in the fridge overnight.
  • In the morning, top your overnight oats with some blueberry jam and frothed milk. If you have a sweet tooth, pour some extra maple syrup on top! Enjoy!
