Cinnamon Sautéed Pears for Oatmeal

- 0.5-1 pear depending on size
- 0.5-1 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup
Cut pear into 1 cm cubes.
Into a small saucepan, add the pears along with cinnamon and maple syrup.
Bring to a gentle simmer and cook until pears has softened and the pears has released some liquid. Stir once in a while.
Add the sautéed pears as well as the liquid onto your oatmeal.
I also added some frothed milk and hemp seeds.
