Instructions
In a bowl, add oats and milk. Microwave for 30 seconds, then give it a stir. Repeat until thickened to your liking.
Top your oatmeal with sliced banana, peanut butter, maple syrup, cinnamon and hemp seeds.
Sprinkle some sea salt on the peanut butter.
